Remote Terminal Parity Input. Function
of input is defined by he state of pin EXT
TEST and EXT TST CH SEL A/B. For
EXT TEST = 0, EXT TST CH SEL A/B
= 1, TALEN/PARITY must provide odd
parity for the Remote Terminal Address.
For all other states of EXT TEST and
EXT TST CH SEL A/B (i.e., 00, 10, 11)
TALEN/PARITY functions as an active
low address strobe.
