The Overvoltage Protection output, OVP can be used
to directly drive a crowbarring SCR, as shown in Figure
3.
A typical application is shown in Figure 4 using the
UC3910 together with the UC3886 Average Current
Mode PWM Controller IC for a power supply to drive In-
tel’s PentiumPro processor.
