Low Quiescent Current, Dual-Channel Supervisory Circuit
Two Supply Monitors in One Package
The TPS3807 family microprocessor supervisory
circuits monitor system voltages as low as 1.225V.
One Monitor with Fixed High-Accuracy
These devices assert an open-drain RSTVDD signal
Thresholds for System Supply Monitoring
when
the
VDD voltage drops below a preset
Second Monitor with Variable Threshold and
threshold. The RSTVDD output remains asserted
30mV Hysteresis to Provide Failsafe
until the VDD voltage returns above its threshold. The
