DESCRIPTION
SED1280F is a dot matrix type LCD controller driver exclusively for displaying characters. Display control is
possible up to 80 characters with the built-in CG-RAM when used with an expansion driver.
Since this driver is provided with the conventional SED1278F as its core, enhanced with additional functions by
serial data interface for connection with MPU, key matrix controller, LED controller and input^output ports, it is
the most suitable for application to appliances such as a facsimile machine.
The CG can be utilized in applications tuned to the users, needs by altering data in the built-in CG-ROM.
