*1. Though the wide range of operating voltages is guaranteed, a spike voltage change may affect the voltage
assurance during access from the MPU.

When both PWM and FRC method are used, frame frequency should be increased up to more than 130Hz.
So, oscillator resistor value between OSC1 and VDD pin should be reduced.
