The frame as many as specified in this H_FRAME_NO
register are dumped into DRAM after every 0x91 is written
in the OPSR. OPSR value will be changed to 90
automatically after completion of dump. The maximum
value allowed for the H_FRAME_NO is IB size/1024.
When detect shock from Micom, it sets this register with the
value of "xxxxxxx1". This causes to stop dump operation
and deletes frames as many as specified in the
H_RETURN_SECTOR register from the Input Buffer. When
there's no shock, Micom sets H_SHOCK register with the
value of "xxxxxxx0".
Input Buffer is in LOW state when the condition below is met
:" Input Buffer Vacancy is equal to or less than (Size of Input
Buffer - the value in the H_IB_WR_OFFSET) "
When occurred the shock, before recognizing with the
shock, the case shock where the data which breaks has
