11. Low Power Consumption
11.2.19
Flash HOCO Sofware Standby Control Register (FHSSBYCR)
FHSSBYCR controls power supply to flash memory and HOCO (VDD) in software standby mode; and also controls
power supply to LVD and power consumption reduction function by the power-on reset circuit (POR).
To use the LVD in software standby mode, set the SOFTCUT[2] bit to 0. To stop the LVD for reducing power
consumption and enable the low power consumption function of the power-on reset circuit, set the SOFTCUT[2] bit to 1.
FHSSBYCR is not initialized by the internal reset signal that is the source to cancel the deep software standby mode. For

0 0 0: Power is supplied to flash memory and HOCO in software
standby mode. The voltage detection circuit (LVD) is active
and the low power consumption function by the power-on
reset circuit (POR) is disabled.
0 1 0: Power is supplied to flash memory but not supplied to HOCO
in software standby mode. The voltage detection circuit (LVD)
is active and the low power consumption function by the
power-on reset circuit (POR) is disabled.
0 1 1: Power is not supplied to flash memory or HOCO in software
standby mode. The voltage detection circuit (LVD) is active
and the low power consumption function by the power-on
reset circuit (POR) is disabled.
1 0 0: Power is supplied to flash memory and HOCO in software
standby mode. The voltage detection circuit (LVD) is stopped
and the power consumption reduction function by the power-
on reset circuit (POR) is enabled.
1 1 0: Power is supplied to flash memory but not supplied to HOCO
in software standby mode. The voltage detection circuit (LVD)
is stopped and the power consumption reduction function by
the power-on reset circuit (POR) is enabled.
1 1 1: Power is not supplied to flash memory or HOCO in software
standby mode. The voltage detection circuit (LVD) is stopped
and the power consumption reduction function by the power-
on reset circuit (POR) is enabled.
