Notes: 1. The output is activated if the trigger signal conforms to the following criteria:
- More than 3 trigger pulses within 2 seconds.
- A trigger signal sustains duration 0.34 seconds.
- 2 trigger signals within 2 seconds with one of the trigger signal sustain 0.16 seconds.
2. The effective comparator output width can be selected to be 24ms or 32ms or 48ms by mask
option. The default is 24ms (system frequency=16KHz).
3. The output duration is set by an external RC that is connected to the OSCD pin.
Maximum Ratings
(Above which the useful life may be impaired. For user guidelines, not tested)
Storage Temperature ............................................................-40oC to +125oC
Supply Voltage to Ground Potential (Inputs & V
CC Only) .... -0.3 to +6.0V
Supply Voltage to Ground Potential (Outputs & D/O Only) -0.3 to +6.0V
DC Input Voltage ....................................................................... -0.3 to +6.0V
DC Output Current .................................................................................20mA
Power Dissipation .............................................................................. 500mW
Note:
Stresses greater than those listed under MAXIMUM
RATINGS may cause permanent damage to the
device. This is a stress rating only and functional
operation of the device at these or any other condi-
tions above those indicated in the operational sec-
tions of this specification is not implied. Exposure
to absolute maximum rating conditions for ex-
tended periods may affect reliability.
