The PKJ 4216N PIT represents another of Ericsson’s
innovative achievements for high density, high efciency
DC/DC power converters designed to provide high quality
on-board power solution in RF Power Amplier systems
as well as in other distributed power applications. The
PKJ 4216N PIT is designed with bonded semiconductor
technology for enhanced performance and efciency. The
electrical design is specically adopted to fulll RF load
requirements.
The following standard features are included; output over-
voltage protection, input under-voltage protection, over tem-
perature protection, soft start, output short circuit protection,
remote sense, remote control, and output voltage adjust
function.
These converters are designed to meet high reliability
requirements and are manufactured in highly automated
manufacturing lines and meet world-class quality levels.

supplier.
