Fringing colour.
These 4 bits select the fringing colour. One of 16 colours can be
specified; see Table 58.
Fringing directions.
The fringing direction is selected by setting one of these bits to a
logic 1. For example, when FRDN = 1, the fringing direction is North. See Table 57.
