DESCRIPTION
These products are the ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) Noise Clipping
Diode that is designed to protect from both positive and negative noise.
NNCD18DT and NNCD36DT are suitable for ESD protection of LIN
(Local Interconnect Network) bus.
