EPROM Programming Procedure
1) Set the EPROM programmer type to MBM27C1001.
2) Load the program data into addresses 14000H to 1FFFFH in the EPROM programmer.
3) Use the EPROM programmer to program to addresses 14000H to 1FFFFH.
Recommended Screening Conditions
High-temperature aging is the recommended method of screening unprogrammed one-time PROM microcon-
trollers before mounting.
The flow of the screening process is shown below.

About Writing Yields
The nature of chips before one-time writing of microcontroller programs to PROM prevents the use of all-bit
writing tests. Therefore it is not possible to guarantee writing yields of 100
% in some cases.
