The device features a high reliability laser diode and a
monitor photodiode in a hermetic package. These are
electricallyconnectedtofourpinsinanindustry-standard
configuration.
Environmental performance is designed to be compat-
ible with the requirements of Bellcore’sTA-NWT-000983
document.
