VDD/2 voltage generation block. A capacitor must be
inserted between Vref and VSS to suppress power supply
ripple.

LVref (or RVref) and VSS become the residual resistance
when the volume control is set at maximum attenuation,
the values of these capacitors must be chosen carefully.
