HI-8010 Series
The HI-8010 high voltage display driver is con-
structed of MOS P Channel and N Channel
enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic
structure. It isdesigned to drive high voltageliquid
crystal displays by converting low level input
signals, such as TTL or CMOS, to high voltage
drivesignals.
The chip can drive up to 38 segments and requires
minimal display-to-data source interfacing. Serial
data isloadedand heldininternallatchesuntilnew
displaydataisreceived.
TheHI-8010isavailableinavarietyofceramicand
plastic packaging including DIP; leaded and
leadless chip carriers; and J-lead and gull-wing
quadflatpacks.
