Electrical Interfaces
To insure reliable encoding performance, the HEDS-6540 three channel encoder requires 2.7 k
pull-up
resistors to the supply voltage on each of the three output lines Ch. A, Ch. B, and Ch. I located as close as
possible to the encoder (less than 4 feet).
