Offset Cancellation
In the HD66323, the amplifier enables the offset cancellation in addition to the dot inversion.
Figure 10 shows a vertical cancellation example that is performed by frame-synchronous signals FRM
and CL1. The HD66323 inverts the polarity of voltage dispersion of the output pins by each two
raster-rows to perform cancellation between raster-rows. In addition, cancellation between frames,
which inverts the polarity by the four-frame cycles, implements a high-quality display by cancelling
voltage dispersion to be applied to each pixel.
The offset cancellation enables the following control shown in table 2 by combining the FRM and LC.
Cancellation between raster-rows is recommended to be used in combination with cancellation between
frames.
