Test pins. In normal use, fix these pins at the levels shown
below.

Gate line drive outputs. The pins used depend on the
structure of the TFT liquid crystal compensating
capacitances.
For an LCD in which the compensating capacitances are
formed in fixed-potential electrode lines, use with X1-X256
connected.
For an LCD in which the compensating capacitances are
formed in pre-stage gate lines, connect the first-stage IC as
follows and connect X1-X256 of the second and subsequent
ICs, to the panel.
When SHL = 0, connect X0-X256. The gate line scanning
order is X1, X2, X3, ... X256.
When SHL = 1, connect X1-X257. The gate line scanning
order is X256, X255, X254, ... X1.
