Viewing the Trace Information
The simulator/debugger acquires the results of each instruction execution as trace information and displays it in
the [Trace] window. The conditions for the trace information acquisition can be specified in the [Trace
Acquisition] dialog box.

Opening the Trace Window
To open the [Trace] window, choose [View -> Code -> Trace] or click the [Trace] toolbar button
.

Specifying Trace Acquisition Conditions
After the [Trace] window opens, the trace acquisition conditions must be specified in the [Trace Acquisition]
dialog box. To open this dialog box, choose [Acquisition...] from the pop-up menu.

This dialog box specifies the conditions for trace information acquisition.
[Trace Start/Stop]
[Disable]
Disables trace information acquisition.
[Enable]
Enables trace information acquisition.
[Instruction Type]
[Instruction]
Acquires trace information for all instructions.
[Subroutine]
Acquires trace information for the subroutine instructions only.
[Trace Buffer Full Handling]
[Continue]
Continues acquiring trace information even if the trace information acquisition buffer
becomes full.
[Break]
Stops execution when the trace information acquisition buffer becomes full.
The trace buffer capacity can be selected from 1024 records, 4096 records, 16384 records, and 32768 records in
the [Trace Capacity].
