Description
The HA19213NT/MP are monolithic bipolar LSI for high speed flash type 7-bit Analog to Digital
conversion, which does not need sample & hold circuit for Analog Input. Digital Output and Clock Input
level are compatible with TTL, CMOS.
The HA19213NT/MP are designed for computer input data conversion of video signal and video signal
processing system.
