Mode of Operation
Function 1
Delay on operate
No connection between the
terminals.
The delay period begins when
power supply is applied.
At the end of the set delay,
the relay will operate and will
not release until power sup-
ply is interrupted.
A recovery period of 200 ms
should be allowed before
reapplying power supply.
If power supply is interrupted
for more than 200 ms before
the relay operates, the time
circuit is reset to zero and the
time relay is ready for a new
time period.
Function 2
Interval timer
Connection between termi-
nals 1 and 2.
The relay operates and the
time period starts when power
supply is applied to the time
relay.
At the end of the set delay,
the relay releases and will not
operate again until power
supply is reapplied.
A recovery period of 200 ms
should be allowed before
reapplying power supply.
If power supply is interrupted
for more than 200 ms before
the time period has expired,
the relay releases and the time
is reset to zero.
Function 3
Interval timer
with time reset
Power supply must be con-
stantly applied. When inter-
connecting terminals 1 and 2
the relay will operate.
When terminals 1 and 2 are
disconnected, the time pe-
riod starts, and when the pe-
riod has expired, the relay
releases.
When interconnecting termi-
nals 1 and 2 before the delay
period has expired, the time
is reset to zero and the time
period restarts when the in-
terconnection between termi-
nals 1 and 2 is interrupted.
