Description
M/A-COM’s family of High Pass Filters is a series of IC
based devices offered in a low cost SOIC-8 package.
These filters are ideally suited for applications where
PCB real estate and height are at a premium. Typical
applications include base station switching networks,
portables and PCMCIA cards. Available in tape and reel.
The FL05 family is fabricated using a passive-integrated
circuit process. The process features full chip passivation
for increased performance and reliability.
