ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A complete description for all operational aspects of the
DS2250(T) is provided in the User’s Guide section of the
Secure Microcontroller Data Book.
DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT
Dallas Semiconductor offers a kit package for develop-
ing and testing user code. The DS5000TK Evaluation
Kit allows the user to download Intel hex formatted code
directly to the DS2250(T) from a PC–XT/AT or compat-
ible computer. The kit consists of a DS5000T–32–12,
an interface pod, demo software, and an RS232 con-
nector that attaches to the COM1 or COM2 serial port of
a PC. The kit can be used with a DS2250(T). A mechan-
ical adaptor, the DS9075–40V, allows a DS2250(T) to
be used in the DS5000TK. See the Secure Microcon-
troller User’s Guide for further details.
