2 x 5mm Rectangular LED Lamps
E L E C T R O - O P T I C A L C H A R A C T E R I S T I C S A N D R A T I N G S
These rectangular LEDlamps provide a 2 x 5mm
lighted surface area. Stackable in X or Y direction,
these lamps are typically used as legend backlighting,
illuminated push buttons, panel indicators and bar
graph meters. The High Efficiency Red and Yellow
lamps are produced with GaAsP/GaPand the High
Efficiency Green lamp is produced with GaP/GaP.
