Blacklisting - The modem will not dial the
same number fore than two times in three
minutes. An attempt to dial a 3rd time will
result in a "BLACKLISTED" result code.
If the blacklist memory is full, any dial to a
new number will result in a "BLACKLIST
FULL" result code. Numbers are added
to the blacklist only if the modem
connection fails. The %B command will
list the numbers on the blacklists
