TheAT-32063containstwohighperformanceNPNbipolar
transistorsinasingleSOT-363package.Thedevicesare
unconnected,allowingflexibilityindesign.Thepin-out
isconvenientforcascodeamplifierdesigns.TheSOT-363
package is an industry standard plastic surface mount
package.
The 3.2 micron emitter-to-emitter pitch and reduced
parasitic design of the transistor yields extremely high
performance products that can perform a multiplicity
oftasks.The20emitterfingerinterdigitatedgeometry
yieldsatransistorthatiseasytomatchtoandextremely
fast,withmoderatepower,lownoiseresistance,andlow
operatingcurrents.
Optimizedperformanceat2.7Vmakesthisdeviceideal
forusein900MHz,1.8GHz,and2.4GHzbatteryoperated
systemsasanLNA,gainstage,buffer,oscillator,oractive
mixer.Typicalamplifierdesignsat900MHzyield1.3dB
noisefigureswith12dBormoreassociatedgainata2.7
