Recommended Operating Conditions
The following values are valid for a temperature range from –40 to 105°C and a supply voltage
range VTR from 10V to 42V. If the supply voltage VTR rises above 42V and stays below 60V
(load dump case) the circuit stay fully functional with different parameters. In every case it is
guaranteed, that the switch-off-delay is 600ns shorter than the switch-on-delay.
