4. N is the total number of termnals.
5. The location of the termnal #1 identifier and termnal numbering convention conforms to JEDEC publication 95 SPP-002.
6. ND and NE refer to the number of termnals on each D and E side respectively.
7. Dimension b applies to metallized termnal and is measured between 0.15mmand 0.30mmfromthe termnal tip. If the termnal has the
optional radius on the other end of the termnal, the dimension B should not be measured in that radius area.
8. Coplanarity applies to the termnals and all other bottomsurface metallization.
