2.0 Key Features
The AMIS-52000 is a low cost, ultra low power ASK/OOK
(Amplitude Shift Keying/On-Off Shift Keying) transceiver
intended for narrow band RF applications. The device is
targeted for applications at 433MHz but can operate from
260 to 700MHz. The adjustable RF output ranges from –26
to +6dBm into a matched 50ohm load. The receiver
contains two independent receive channels which can be
connected to separate antennas for antenna diversity
applications.
On chip trim registers eliminate manual trimming of
external components. Using the on chip trimming, transmit
and receive frequencies achieve 5ppm accuracy over the
entire voltage and temperature range.
