singlefilterprovidestherejection,noswitchesarerequired,
savingboardspaceandexternalcomponents,eliminat-
ingswitchloss,andreducingprogrammingcomplexity.
Furthermore,with25dBrejectionat1830MHz,itisatrue
splitbandreplacement.
TheACPF-7003FBARtransmitfilterutilizesAvagoTech-
nologies’Microcapbonded-waferchipscalepackaging
technology.This process allows the ultra small filters
tobeassembledintoaMoldedChiponBoard(MCOB)
Module.
Intypicalcellularphonearchitectures,thetransmitfilter
fitsbetweenthedriveramplifierandthepoweramplifier.
ThisfilterreducesthenoiseintheRxbandbeingampli-
