FEATURES:
Four-wire measurement using the Kelvin probe reduces the voltage drop in test leads that cause
measurement inaccuracies making them excellent for resistance measurement below 1 ohm.
Single probe tip is ideal for testing surface mount and small components.
Probe tips and banana plugs are gold plated beryllium copper for lowest contact resistance.
Shielded cable provides superior interference rejection.
Retractable sleeve banana plugs fit most DMM jacks and binding posts.
Compatible with Hewlett-Packard, Keithley and most 4 wire test instruments with double banana or
binding post inputs.
Probe overmolded with Santoprene rubber for handling comfort, added insulation protection and cable
strain relief.
