Der zunehmende bergang von
elektromechanischen zu elektroni-
schen Komponenten in der Elek-
trotechnik bietet unter anderem
die Mglichkeit, kostengünstig
Schnittstellen in die Komponenten
zu integrieren.
Diese Schnittstellen knnen zur
Fernsteuerung bzw. Fernwartung
(unidirektionale Kommunikation)
oder zur Fernabfrage und zum Da-
tenaustausch (bidirektionale Kom-
munikation) genutzt werden. Die
Schnittstellen der einzelnen Kom-
ponenten werden über sogenann-
te Datenbusse miteinander ver-
bunden. Diese Datenbusse kn-
nen als Zweidrahtleitungen (Twi-
sted
Pair),
Vierdrahtleitungen
(Senden/Empfangen
getrennt),
Koaxialleitungen, als Lichtleiter-
strecke oder aufgekoppelt auf das
230 V-Stromversorgungsnetz rea-
lisiert sein. Prdestiniert für die An-
wendung von elektronischen Kom-
ponenten mit Schnittstellen ist die
Automatisierung in der Ferti-
gungs- und Verfahrenstechnik
(z.B. Inter- Bus, LON), aber auch in
der Kfz-Technik (z.B. CAN-Bus)
und in der Gebudeinstallation
(z.B. EIB, Lonworks) haben sich
sinnvolle Anwendungsfelder ent-
wickelt. Hierbei sind diese Bussy-
steme in der Regel nicht auf sich
selbst beschrnkt. Sie erlauben
auch den bergang in andere Net-
ze wie z.B. die Telekommunikation
(ISDN) oder die Computerkommu-
nikation (Ethernet, LAN). Zur An-
passung der Schnittstellen an die
Datenleitungen werden Signal-
übertrager und Funkentstrdros-
seln als induktive Bauelemente be-
ntigt.

The ever-increasing replacement
of electromechanical components
by electronic components in elec-
trical engineering makes it possi-
ble to integrate interfaces into the
components at reasonable costs.
These interfaces can be used for
remote control or remote mainte-
nance (unidirectional communica-
tion) or for remote message retrie-
val or data exchange (bidirectional
communication). The interfaces of
the individual components are lin-
ked by so-called data buses. These
data buses can consist of two-wire
lines (twisted pair), four-wire lines
(which transmit/receive separate-
ly), coaxial lines or a fibre-optic link
or they can be coupled onto the
mains working with 230 V.
The application of electronic com-
ponents with interfaces is especial-
ly appropriate for automation pro-
cesses
in
manufacturing
technology and procedure techno-
logy (i.e. InterBus, LON), but also
for motor engineering (i.e. CAN
bus) and buildings management
technology (i.e. EIB, Lonworks) in-
telligent fields of application have
been developed. These bus sy-
stems are usually not restricted to
themselves but can be linked to
other networks such as of telecom-
munication (ISDN) or computer
communication networks (Ether-
net, LAN). Signal transformers and
RFI suppression chokes as inducti-
ve components are needed in or-
der to adapt the interfaces on the
data lines.
