5 V tolerant is only supported if the power supply voltage is between 2.7 and 3.6 V. For lower power supply voltages
this is maximum 3.3 V tolerant.
Because of test issues these pads are not 5 V tolerant and they should be at power supply voltage level or at a
maximum of 0.5 V above that level.
