SMP1330-001 Single Junction SOT-23
SMP1330-011 Single Junction SOD-323
These single junction limiter diodes are designed for use
as a shunt connected limiter. Both parts have inductance
of approximately 1.5 nH and require a DC return.
SMP1330-005 Series Pair SOT-23
This series pair is designed for use as anti-parallel limiter
diodes by externally connecting pins 1 and 2 of the
SOT-23 package. In a limiter circuit, no DC return is
needed and limiting action is improved because
inductance is reduced to approximately 0.8 nH. A small
increase in loss occurs from the higher capacitance and
conductance.
SMP1330-007 Low Inductance SOT-23
This low inductance design, when employed with a split
microstrip trace, results in further improved limiting results
from an effective inductance as low as 0.5 nH. Insertion
loss is similar to the single junction device and it requires
a DC return.
