  the utc2030 is a monolithic ic in pentawatt package
intended for use as low frequency class ab amplifier.
   with vsmax=32v it is particularly suited for more reliable
applications without regulated supply and for 35w driver
circuits using lowcost complementary pairs.
   the utc2030 provides high output current and has very
low harmonic and cross-over distortion.
   further the device incorporates a short circuit protection
system comprising an arrangement  for automatically limiting
the dissipated power to as to keep the working point of the
output transistors within their safe operating area. a

描述 

音頻功放電路，采用v型5腳單列直插式塑料封裝結(jié)構(gòu)。按引腳的形狀引可分為h型和v型。該集成電路廣泛應(yīng)用于汽車立體聲收錄音機、中功率音響設(shè)備，具有體積小、輸出功率大、失真小等特點。并具有內(nèi)部保護電路。意大利sgs公司、美國rca公司、日本日立公司、nec公司等均有同類產(chǎn)品，雖然其內(nèi)部電路略有差異，但引出腳位置及功能均相同，可以互換。
電路特點：
[1].外接元件非常少。
[2].輸出功率大，po=18w(rl=4ω)。
[3].采用超小型封裝（to-220）,可提高組裝密度。
[4].開機沖擊極小。
[5].內(nèi)含各種保護電路，因此工作安全可靠。主要保護電路有：短路保護、熱保護、地          線偶然開路、電源極性反接（vsmax=12v）以及負載泄放電壓反沖等。
[6].utc2030a能在最低±6v最高±22v的電壓下工作在±19v、8ω阻抗時能夠輸出16w的有效功率，thd≤0.1%。無疑，用它來做電腦有源音箱的功率放大部分或小型功放再合適不過了.
注意事項：
[1].utc2030a具有負載泄放電壓反沖保護電路，如果電源電壓峰值電壓40v的話，那么在5腳與電源之間必須插入lc濾波器，以保證5腳上的脈沖串維持在規(guī)定的幅度內(nèi)。
[2].熱保護：限熱保護有以下優(yōu)點，能夠容易承受輸出的過載（甚至是長時間的），或者環(huán)境溫度超過時均起保護作用。
[3].與普通電路相比較，散熱片可以有更小的安全系數(shù)。萬一結(jié)溫超過時，也不會對器件有所損害，如果發(fā)生這種情況，po=（當(dāng)然還有ptot）和io就被減少。
[4].印刷電路板設(shè)計時必須較好的考慮地線與輸出的去耦，因為這些線路有大的電流通過。
[5].裝配時散熱片與之間不需要絕緣，引線長度應(yīng)盡可能短，焊接溫度不得超過260℃，12秒。
[6].雖然utc2030a所需的元件很少，但所選的元件必須是品質(zhì)有保障的元件
