電磁閥
本系列電控換向閥為內(nèi)部先導式，采用滑柱結(jié)構(gòu)。具有換向性好，使用壽命長等特點。電控先導閥上設有手動換向裝置，便于系統(tǒng)和設備的調(diào)試及維修。
電控換向閥有單電控和雙電控二種形式，雙電控具有記憶功能，廣泛應用于驅(qū)動氣缸或氣動系統(tǒng)中做控制元作用。
使用維護須知：
- 使用前注意檢查元件，在運輸過程中是否損壞，然后安裝使用。
- 安裝時，請注意氣體流動方向及接管是否正確。
- 安裝時，特別注意電壓是否符合要求，整機調(diào)試時，建議先用手動裝置調(diào)試，然后再通電調(diào)試。
- 請注意防塵，建議排氣孔安裝消聲器或消聲節(jié)流閥。
- 連接管路時，注意止瀉帶纏繞不可超過牙端面，并注意消除管接頭，管子內(nèi)的金屬顆粒，粉塵及油污等。
- 如果工作壓力較低或長時間未用換向閥，可以嘗試用高壓（）使閥動作幾次。
