2.特性 和用途
外包絕緣紙型PTC是一種表面絕緣的新型 PTC發(fā)熱體.在普通 PTC元件的兩側(cè)安裝上一對帶引線的金屬電極，再在金屬電極的外表套上絕緣黃紙，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單；無需另加控溫裝置即可恒溫發(fā)熱且絕緣強度高、安全可靠、可持續(xù)發(fā)熱功率穩(wěn)定、使用電壓范圍廣、使用壽命長,另外外形尺寸靈活多樣，可根據(jù)客戶實際需要訂做各種型號規(guī)格。
PTC加熱芯具有升溫快和自動控溫；使用安全；不燃燒；發(fā)熱時不發(fā)紅；無明火，結(jié)構(gòu)小巧；安全方便等優(yōu)良性能。電壓使用范圍可根據(jù)需要在12V-220V之間設(shè)計，主要用用與燙發(fā)板、 卷發(fā)器、美容器、按摩器、熔蠟器、蒸汽發(fā)梳、熱熔膠槍、點烙鐵和儀器設(shè)備的防潮。
外包絕緣紙型PTC發(fā)熱體現(xiàn)廣泛應用于燙發(fā)夾、卷發(fā)器、電夾板、離子燙、陶瓷燙、蒸面器、美膚蠟療儀等一系列美容美發(fā)器材系列。另外也可根據(jù)客戶實際需要用在一些需加熱保溫的小家電、電子設(shè)備等產(chǎn)品上面.

2.器件表面溫度為70℃~300℃;溫度公差小于±5℃；
3.高溫導線、套管及絕緣膜按客戶要求訂做,材料采用符合安規(guī)標準及RoHS要求；
4.具有升溫快,沖擊電流小、通電擊穿率極低等特點；
